You know what the real secret to great golf is? Anyone………?

  2. heckchristopher Says:

By his own admission, he needs to tone this move down a bit. But his first move down is shifting the weight into the the left heel so a slight vertical head drop/ squat is correct and necessary. His head doesn’t move left to right hardly at all and that’s the very important. Also notice how the shoulders don’t turn very much during the initial weight shift to the left on the first move down.

@HYNTproductions . On second glance your right. Do you think he would hit it better if he didn’t do that mini-squat? It might be how he generates his power…

  4. HYNTproductions Says:

are you joking???…. his head moves down quite a bit.

In fact, its the one thing that bothers me the most about his swing… his signature ’squat’ during his downswing.

i no the secrets to the golf swing :D something that tiger does and camilo villegas does as well. learned it from camilo’s coach in medellin colombia, and its critical with this secret you must keep your head STILL and swing all the way through with your head down.

He hit the ball with his golf club, in order to propel it closer to the hole.

If you stop it at :15…with the club at knee high.. you can see the club face is still almost pointed up at the sky – normally its already pointing left (toe perpendicular to the ground)…

  12. lrasile Says:

IF you think of it as a Bow and Arrow…your body is the bow and your left arm is the string/wire…stretch the club back then let the left arm “pull hard” (usually resulting in a ntural “over the top” move above plane) and “drag” the club thru impact ( ala Hogan) no “flip of the hands” and you get an open club face, right to left divot (for righty) and a vary predictable “start left cut right” ball flight …high if you do it right.

pushing away on the back swing (extending going back) and then pull it down on the downswing (lagging the clubhead)

  14. tmoatess Says:
