no way they slice the ball, theyre coming into impact very shallow probably around 43-46 degrees and with a very square or barely shut club face. There path is slightly inside to out but barely; you combine that with a square club face and bingo you have a pretty 2 yard draw. You may think theyre coming across it because there arms move left, it may appear so but the club has to come back left at some point, if they swung the club way out to the right and kept it there it would equate blocks
adam scott and tiger have almost identical swings. theres a video on here that shows them position by position and its identical. only difference is body proportions create slightly different look.
honestly there is no such thing as a perfect swing..every player on the pga has a different variation in their swing style, grip style, play style.. tiger is just superb with his swing and mentality in golf which is why he is the greatest golfer in the world
but Tiger isn’t number 1 just because of his swing. he’s number one because of his amazing work ethic and determination to win. even if you taught the cube to an average golfer and it gave them a “perfect” swing, it wouldn’t teach them how to play the game.
the whole point of the video is breaking a golf swing down mathematically in order to visualize maximum potential for efficiency. the most important things to note in this video are tempo, head position, and spine angle. tiger has a very efficient golf swing (hence no.1 player).
Awesome view. From the view it seems like Tiger is slight cutting it across the ball through impact. I saw Sergio do the same with his hands drop move. Left arm and shoulder seem like they are moving left in the follow through. There seems to be no conscious attempt to rotate the clubface to square it. How in god’s good earth is he not slicing it into the adjacent fairway?
Everyone teaches 45 & 90° angles, right? The truth is, is that these 45 & 90° angles are really “seen” on 30 & 60° planes. The entire swing is performed on a 45° plane. I know this might be a little confusing at first but just keep watching Tiger swing inside of the model. What teachers and students alike are going to start realizing, is that if you want to get better then you need to start looking at the swing in the cube. In the cube you actually see the entire 3D totality of the swing.
What this model of Tiger is showing us is how the swing needs to be preformed cubicly. Inside of the cubic models you are able to see that he is really the only player in the world that works every line, angle and °correctly. This is why he is number one! He was fundamentally flawless at this point in his career. Up until now though, no one has been able to see these things with this much precession until the introduction of our patent pending models.
