its good at identifying the cause of the tension but the advice for actually reducing tension didnt help me. Anybody know a way of relaxing the muscles?

Good Stuff. My biggest enemy…I get so caught up in mechanics, it tenses whatever part I am working on. Deep breathing kills tension.. try it if you can remember it…lol

Great video Man ! Lots of illinformed crap on the net from wanna b golf coaches but this guy’s good.
looking forward to watching other vids but tension is my real enemy .
I know its there but often its too late as I walk to the 12th tee with a poor score !
Going to use the rating scale on every shot from now on !

Great stuff! I liked the video on the take away a lot (see my comments there). This is equally good. I play golf for over 25 years and I’m a decent player. Steve is the first golf teacher I ever came across whith a logic and totally understandable approach to the swing. Just plain and simple. Wonderful!
